More Self-Doubt; the visits of the non-townies

I know that I get on the Kaptain's nerves when I'm not entirely confident about my playing. This new band has me entirely not feeling good about 10% of my playing. August 11th is looming, man. I'm really stokeed to play out again, for sure, but I don't want to fuck up. I'm not sure if yessit is playing harmonica on the 27th. In that case, RCW would be correct, and Andrew and I would be rocking together, if only for the one song. I'm down with that.

Only three days until the visit of dr. e-dogg! He's bringing me some bass goodies (another post), and wants to meet the girl (action-packeed). Of course, there will be beer and led zeppelin billiards, but I wish that I could drag him out to the oc practice on friday, but he's being a "deaf in one ear" pussy. I don't think that most of my current frequent friends have met dr. e-dogg. tomurphy has, i'm certain. ross, andrew, heller, greg, heather, and heather have also, i think. it's a short list, for sure.

the next non-townie visit is dr. satan, next month. that's always some drunken shenanigans. i think that his visit will coincide with a show or something.
